How often should I get a massage?
“Some is better than none.” What does that mean? Well, it varies from person to person. A session every 3-6 weeks may be fine if you want relaxation. However, you should regularly and slowly taper down to a maintenance schedule to address a specific condition. Sometimes more frequent sessions can be practical until your goals are met, and a maintenance schedule is in place.”
What is the cancellation policy?
I require 24-hour notice when you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to maintain the cancellation policy will result in a total treatment charge.
How should I prepare for my treatment?
You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before your treatment to tailor our treatments to your needs best. In addition, to receive the full benefits of the treatments, I ask that my guests shower before their treatments.
Do I need to make a Reservation?
While I will try to accommodate same-day appointments, I encourage guests to schedule appointments online to ensure their treatment and technician preferences are available.
What do I do during a massage treatment?
Make yourself comfortable. If your Therapist wants you to adjust your position, They will move you or ask you to move what is needed. Otherwise, change your position anytime to make yourself more comfortable. Many people close their eyes and relax completely during a session; others prefer to talk. It’s up to you. It is your massage; whatever feels natural to you is the best way to relax. Do not hesitate to ask questions at any time during the session.
How will I feel after my massage treatment?
Most people feel very relaxed—some experience a significant decrease or freedom from long-term aches and pains. Many feel a little slowed down for a short period and then notice an increase in energy, heightened awareness, and increased productivity which can last for days. If you received a deep massage, you might be slightly sore the next day – much like a good workout at the gym. Sometimes a hot shower or a soak in the tub can ease this soreness. After your session, you should increase your water intake a bit. Just a glass or two more than usual is usually fine. This helps keep your body’s tissues hydrated and healthy.

We strive to give you our very best to enhance your spa experience with us. We adhere to specific policies to benefit you and create a harmonious environment where our therapists focus on your needs. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations!
Arrive 15 minutes before your first treatment to allow ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will, unfortunately, limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
EXPIRED VOUCHERS AND GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers are not replaceable.
If arrival is delayed, we will try to accommodate your entire appointment, but this is not always possible. Therefore, the Therapist will shorten your service time to avoid delays for other clients, as treatments are charged at total value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are canceled and charged to the credit card on file for the reservation in query. Last-minute changes to appointments are made at the discretion of management and are only possible if a service appointment is available and other guests are not inconvenienced.
Cancellations made with less than 24 working hours notice will be charged at the total rate.
PAYMENTS & GRATUITY
We recommend you carry the correct amount if paying cash on the day, as therapists do not carry change. In addition, gratuity is greatly appreciated; Thank you!
We understand last-minute changes happen, and we fully understand. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment. In the event you would like a refund, there will be a $10 Fee to process this request. Please take notice this does not apply to Gift Cards but to Online Booking at NSmassage.com. Refunds are also only accepted 24 hours or before your scheduled time slot.

Since events take plenty of planning on both ends, this would mainly be the same payment method as many events in general and require full payment before the day of the event. Payment is required 5 days in advance to secure your designated date and staffing requirements.
Inappropriate Behavior is not acceptable at NS Massage. We have the right to terminate treatment or session immediately. If we feel the client demonstrates inappropriate or sexual behavior, you will be asked to leave and still be charged the remaining cost of therapy.
The customer’s personal information will not be shared with any third parties. HIPAA LAW. EMAILS ARE ENCRYPTED FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY REASONS. Your privacy is taken significantly, and we will strive to make your visit as confidential as possible.
The client must be 18 or older to receive treatments without approval. Younger than 18 years old must be in the accompaniment parent or guardian of the child/teenager.
Massage should be in a quiet environment; As a courtesy, please silence your mobile phones at all times during the session.
