Kindly bear in mind that your treatment will conclude promptly to prevent any inconvenience for our next valued client.

Please note that Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. We kindly ask you to keep them safe, as lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

LATE POLICY

We understand the importance of meeting our client’s needs, but unfortunately, we may not always be able to accommodate late arrivals. Our top priority is to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, so in such cases, our Therapist will make necessary adjustments to prevent any delays for others. We kindly request you to be aware that appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be canceled and billed to the credit card on file. If there are any last-minute changes, our management will consider them on a case-by-case basis, taking into account availability and the convenience of other clients. However, please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

To ensure maximum convenience, we recommend having the exact amount ready in cash. Our highly regarded therapists may not always have change readily available. REFUNDS
