FIRST TIME VISIT

Arrive 15 minutes before your first treatment to allow ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will, unfortunately, will limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

EXPIRED VOUCHERS AND GIFTS

An expired Groupon voucher or Gift Certificates will be charged half of the value cost of an updated price version of the massage session that was purchased. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. We cannot accept any coupons without paper proof of it in person.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made less than 24 working hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate.

LATE POLICY

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are canceled and charged to the credit card on file for the reservation in question. Last minute changes to appointments are made at the discretion of management and only possible if a service appointment is available and other guests are not inconvenienced. Lateness is not acceptable at NS Massage; I value your time, please value my time.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

If paying Cash on the day, we recommend you appoint one person to collect payment and that you have the correct amount, as therapists do not carry change. Gratuity not included in the massage price.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

Inappropriate Behavior is not allowed, at NS Massage we have the right to terminate a treatment immediately If the client demonstrates inappropriate or sexual behavior. They will be asked to leave and will be charged the full cost of treatment.

PRIVACY ACT

All Customers personal information will not be shared with any third parties. HIPAA LAW.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval. Younger must be in the accompaniment of an adult.

ETIQUETTES

NS Massage is a quite environment; as a courtesy, please switch off your mobile phones at all times.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

We are continually expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a guest, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If a client wishes to make a complaint, they must email info@nsmassage.com

Claims must include the date and location of the incident, the full name of the complainant, details of the complaint and a desired outcome following the complaint.

All complaints will be taken very seriously, and a response will be provided within 7 days.
